We are excited to offer an efficient way for our families to manage enrollment from year to year through Continuous Enrollment.


Once families sign Continuous Enrollment agreements, families will no longer need to re-enroll each year. Students will remain enrolled at Trinity Christian Academy until graduation or until the family follows the withdrawal process.

Continuous Enrollment is an efficient way for our families to manage enrollment from year to year. With Continuous Enrollment, families do not need to re-enroll every year and students are enrolled at Trinity Christian Academy through graduation or until a family follows the withdrawal process. 

 Every year, a communication will be sent reminding families of Continuous Enrollment, the annual registration fee, updated demographic information, and the withdrawal process. 

The annual registration fee for each subsequent academic year will be billed to the Responsible Party(ies) through FACTS on or around February 1 and will be due around February 15. The payment of this fee secures your child’s spot for the following school year and allows our administration to plan for class sizes, program resources, and the hiring of staff.

Families wishing to withdraw should complete the withdrawal form. Families who complete this form will be contacted by school staff with steps for official withdrawal. 

Tuition will continue to be billed through FACTS Tuition Management based on your selected payment plan. You can log in to your FACTS account at any time to review your payment schedule, payment method, and transaction history. If you need to make any changes to your payment plan, please notify the business office as soon as possible. This will allow you to ensure your selections and due dates are accurate, and your payment information is up to date.

Elementary student participation in before school care and/or after school care is not included in tuition plans but billed separately through your incidental billing based on the amount of days your child(ren) are checked in for that month. There is no sign-up needed.

TCA offers need-based tuition assistance to qualifying families. Please note that families are still responsible for paying all fees. To apply for tuition assistance, please click on the link to start the application process. If you have questions, please contact the business office.
